We offer a number of shipping options for domestic and international customers. 

Domestic Shipping: 

We ship items as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days, however during busier periods, we may take up to 4 business days to dispatch your order. The arrival of your parcel will depend on where it is being sent. For parcels within Australia it is generally 2-8 business days after our courier picks up your item. You will be issued a tracking number once your order is sent so you can keep up to date with its travels. 

Standard shipping within Australia is $15

**** Please note that Local Pick up has temporarily been paused while I am on maternity leave as of November 2023. If you need something in a rush and are based in Melbourne please contact the studio directly via the contact page.

Local pick up from our Melbourne Studio (Heidelberg West) is FREE. After securing your order please get in touch to coordinate a time. 

International shipping: 

We are currently shipping internationally to the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Netherlands, Singapore and Spain. If you are located outside of these countries please contact us at hello@ohheygrace.com.au for a shipping quote. 

We send parcels as soon as possible, but during busier times please allow 3-5 business days to pack your order. Depending on your location, transit times vary between 6 to 27 business days for international orders. 

International shipping: $48

New Zealand shipping: $30

Please note we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

Returns: 

If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch immediately at support@ohheygrace.com.au

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after 7 days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned intact in their original, unused condition. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. Once the items have been received in original condition, we will email you a credit voucher, valid for three years, that can be used online.

Please note that we do not offer change-of-mind-refunds on sample sale items.

All pieces are packages with care to avoid breakages, however in the unfortunate event that your piece arrives broken, please take photos and get in touch for a refund or replacement.
